For the November 3rd Symposium– “Bringing Voices Together”, EAO is inviting decision-makers (Executive Directors, CEO’s and Board Chairs) of provincial senior-serving organizations for a day of innovative dialogue and idea exchange between peers. EARLY BIRD PRICING:
Fees must be received no later than October 15th , 2015 to receive Early Bird Pricing.
CANCELLATION:
Requests for cancellation must be received in writing (e-mail) no later than October 15 th , 2015 and will be refunded less a $100 administration fee. No refunds will be issued after Oct 15 th. Refunds will not be issued for “no shows”.
SUBSTITUTIONS:
Delegate substitution is permitted up to and including the day of the Conference, with notifications to EAO identifying the new delegate(s).

All receipts will be emailed to the person/ credit card holder paying for the Registration/Advertisement/Sponsorship for whom an email address is provided at the time of Registration.
