For the November 3rd Symposium– “Bringing Voices Together”, EAO is inviting decision-makers (Executive Directors, CEO’s and Board Chairs) of provincial senior-serving organizations for a day of innovative dialogue and idea exchange between peers. In response to an overwhelming number of requests from community stakeholders wishing to audit the day, EAO is adding a limited number of seats.

Fees must be received no later than October 15th , 2015 to receive Early Bird Pricing.
Requests for cancellation must be received in writing (e-mail) no later than October 15 th , 2015 and will be refunded less a $100 administration fee. No refunds will be issued after Oct 15 th. Refunds will not be issued for “no shows”.
Delegate substitution is permitted up to and including the day of the Conference, with notifications to EAO identifying the new delegate(s).
All receipts will be emailed to the person/ credit card holder paying for the Registration/Advertisement/Sponsorship for whom an email address is provided at the time of Registration.
